Our Return Policy


Changed your mind after receiving your item? No problem! You can request a return within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, returns of bikini briefs, swim briefs, swim trunks and swimsuits will only be accepted if the hygiene seal is intact.

If you return your entire order, the original shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. For countries outside of Europe, customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend checking your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Can I Exchange an Item?

Yes! The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
